Winterset Hotel Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale

The hotel has a great atmosphere with multiple pools and comfortable seating, making it a relaxing place to unwind. However, my experience was overshadowed by issues with the water quality and room conditions. Despite these setbacks, the overall vibe makes it a place I might return to for a short stay.

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing overall. While the staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, the condition of the room was a huge letdown. Although the location is excellent and close to the beach, the bugs, the dirty water, and the lack of basic necessities overshadowed any positives. The management's poor response to my concerns also left a sour taste, making it hard for me to recommend this place at all.

While the Winterset Hotel is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the beach, several issues during my stay significantly impacted my experience. The staff showed varying levels of service, with one particularly helpful individual, Aquanetta. However, my room had severe water and AC problems, which combined with poor room conditions left me quite dissatisfied. Overall, it felt like I paid too much for the quality of the accommodations.

I had high expectations for my long-standing family favorite, but the recent experience was marred by poor customer service. While the location is wonderful and the rooms spacious, the maintenance issues and the attitude of certain staff members really put a damper on our stay. It's disappointing, especially after so many previous visits without major complaints.
